External Testing

It helps you to hire the services of certified, experienced and trained consultants- anytime and anywhere.
It helps in reducing the costs and utilize the time on other core activities like customer services, marketing, campaigns and others.
The team size can be increased based on the complexity of the system and customer requirements as well.
Faster adaptability, knowledge of flexible business models and reasonable prices are some of the major advantages of external or outsourced testing.
Majority of the small companies prefer to choose external or outsourced testing due to their flexible business models.

In-house Testing

In-house testing is done by the company's employees who may be not updated with the latest technologies.
It involves a wide range of hidden costs and ultimately proves to be costly as compared to the external or outsourced testing.
A dedicated team need to be hired and trained that can offer full-time support even if the service is not required at the given instance.
There is possibility that you may need to hire someone if your employee is not aware of how to handle a particular task.
Most of the companies do not prefer in-house testing as it includes number of hidden costs and hidden obstacles at any point of test execution.
